Repost: Again About Covid-19

Berdosa, Mufti Kecewa Pemimpin Gagal Tunjuk Contoh Pada Rakyat

“Sifat kepemimpinan sangat penting.

Not into politics but we are grateful that the Mufti are being fair and clear about this issue.

๐Ÿ’‰When this is a serious offense as it involve life matter, economy and we've been enough of MCO. Case 1*6, ita*y cluster, the pink bracelet and the sivagangga cluster popular enough to rely to everyone that 'This is not a small matter, it kills, it endenger everyone and our economy. But sadly this minister still breach it. Same like the other offender they are endangering the nation.

๐Ÿ’‰I'm not intend to aib anyone, my highlights are my respect towards the mufti for being fair and brave. I'm not into politics for whatever party he is form. When the news cames out I think that is wrong  and to date there is no strong reason to back up the act that endengering our nation.

๐Ÿ’‰ People make mistake, it all passed and we are grateful that it did not emerge to another cluster. Just another story that should be highlight in Covid-19 timeline so that people know it is wrong and no one dare to repeat the same mistake.

๐Ÿ’‰Again covid-19 do kills. MCO effect most to the rakyat especially the low income citizen. Poor us. Kindly kita jaga kita.

๐Ÿ’‰Be a law abiding citizen. Especially for this case the rule is clearly for the safety of whole nation.

๐Ÿ’‰ Thank you to our frontliners.

Repost: The Heroes (a mother, former Marine and a father)

A former high school football player dove and caught a child dropped from the balcony of a burning building

As a teenager a decade ago at Kalamazoo Central High School in Michigan, Phillip Blanks was a star football player. Last week, his athletic instincts helped save a toddler from an apartment fire that killed the child’s mother.
Blanks, now 28 and a retired U.S. Marine, was at a friend’s apartment in Phoenix on Friday morning when he heard frantic screaming and a commotion. He immediately ran outside, barefoot, and saw the top floor of the apartment complex was ablaze and enveloped in smoke.

He looked up and saw a petrified woman on a third-floor balcony with a child. Flames quickly crept up behind her.
“People started yelling for the lady to throw her kids down,” Blanks said
The mother dropped her son over the railing. As Blanks saw the small child falling, he dove forward, arms out.
“I immediately got tunnel vision of the baby and somehow managed to catch him,” Blanks said.
The wrenching video, captured on a cellphone, shows Blanks sprinting toward the 3-year-old child and diving to catch him mere milliseconds before the boy would have hit the ground.
Right after the child was safely in Blanks’s arms, he and neighbors wrapped the boy in a blanket and attempted to pacify him until the ambulance arrived a few minutes later.
Blanks said his time in the Marines, coupled with his athletic training as a wide receiver in high school and college, prepared him for this moment. The Marines taught him to “always be on high alert, not be complacent and to have discipline,” he said.

Blanks, who now works as a security guard, said protecting others is a natural instinct for him. In this case, it prevented a tragic situation from becoming even more horrific.
After the child’s mother — identified by local NBC affiliate 12NEWS as Rachel Long — 30, dropped her son from the balcony, she turned and went back into the burning apartment where her 8-year-old daughter was. Long never came out.
But word started to spread below that a child was in the apartment, and that’s when a second heroic rescue took place.
Another bystander ran inside the building and through the flames to save the 8-year-old.
D’Artagnan Alexander, 42, was on his way to a nearby plaza, where he works as a barber, when he heard screams and saw the flames.
“I have a 3-year-old and a 9-year-old, so when I heard there were kids in there, that really hit my heart,” said Alexander, who immediately parked his car and ran toward the blaze.
Without hesitating, he said, he entered the smoke-filled building and made his way to the third floor, which he described as scorching hot.
“I heard someone scream for help and I found the girl on the floor and carried her outside,” said Alexander, who managed to escape the building mostly unscathed, aside from a few minor burns.
“Everything happened so fast,” he said. “I didn’t have time to think, my body just kicked into action and I went in.

More than 100 firefighters arrived at the scene, according to 12NEWS, to find eight apartment units engulfed in flames. The cause of the fire is being investigated by police, though there was no immediate sign of foul play, local news reported.
Once Alexander brought the girl to safety, he spotted her 3-year-old brother whom Blanks had saved a few minutes earlier. But “it was all a blur,” he said, and he didn’t know who had rescued the boy.
Blanks said he had a similar experience. At the scene, he heard about a man who saved the young girl, but amid the flurry of ambulances and paramedics, he wasn’t able to figure out who it was.
After the fact, the situation became both personal and emotional for Blanks, and he wanted to know who had saved the girl.
“I reached out to a reporter at a local Phoenix station,” Blanks said. “I wanted to find the man and thank him. He deserves more recognition than I do.”
“Phillip sent me a text and he thanked me for what I did,” said Alexander, who added he was in awe of what Blanks did.
Both men say they are forever bonded by this experience.
Alexander and Blanks have also been in contact with the children’s father, Corey Long, who they said was at work during the fire. Long declined to be interviewed by The Washington Post, saying he was not ready to talk.
The men visited with Long on Wednesday, and they said Long expressed extreme appreciation to them for rescuing his children.
“It was very emotional,” Blanks said. “We became family, all three of us.”

The men vowed to help Long in any way they can. His two children are in the hospital with serious injuries that are not life-threatening, Blanks said. A GoFundMe page has been set up for the family to help cover medical and other expenses.
“Saving this child changed my entire perspective,” Blanks said. “It made me realize how short life is, and how we need to protect each other and treat people better.”
“I couldn’t be more thankful that we both happened to be there,” echoed Alexander.
But beyond the two strangers who were able to rescue the siblings, it’s Rachel Long — the mother who saved her son but didn’t survive herself — who is “the real hero,” Blanks said.

๐ŸฅŠ I know the news from TV. It was said that his father is his mentor as well his trainer since childhood. In the video it shows how close Khabib and his father and I admire them.
๐ŸฅŠ I never watch Khabib match as I'm not courages to watch MMA, but he is very popular among my friends. They always talk about khabib especially how cool he is being humble and patient. They told me about his training, his rivals as well the controversy surround them.
๐ŸฅŠ In the video it shown how Khabib and his father being patient and forgiveful to his opponent when he insult them. Their endurance quite admirable for someome who have strength. Khabib stressed out that no tarsh talk about religion as it is important to him. However it doesn't mean they keep silent when they insult Islam, he prove  it with him winning the match. Every winning he gratefully say Alhamdulillah.
๐ŸฅŠ Khabib and his father are good examples of how a muslim should represent islam. Whoever we are, in any occupation try to show good manner. Being a muslim we bring the name of Islam. How we act is how people sees in Islam. It doesn't mean we have to be fake, but try hard to be a good one to find Allah blessing.
๐ŸฅŠ Another proud muslim sportman is Mohamed Salah. A humble and talented footballer.
๐ŸฅŠ Even having all the blessing of strenght, money, fame and good look Khabib, Mr Abdulmanap and Salah being humble are respectful and admirable. Stressing publicly religion is important, showing attitude being a good muslim, we are very proud of them. Surely they become inspiration to all muslim and  get endless pahala. Good luck to them in their career and may Allah bless.

"You cannot talk about religion. You cannot talk about nation. Guys, you cannot talk about these things. This is very important to me." Khabib

Salah is Muslim and celebrates goals by performing the sujud. On this goal celebration, Salah told CNN, "It's something like praying or thanking God for what I have received, but yeah, it's just praying and praying for a win. [I've] always done that since I was young, everywhere." Salah

Repost: Mr Ortiz the Kind Man

Willie Ortiz has been feeding street cats for the last 24 years, and he doesn't see himself stopping anytime soon.
Ortiz, who is 76 years old, is originally from Puerto Rico, but he now calls Hartford, Connecticut home. Like most big cities, Hartford has a stray cat issue, and, according to Ortiz, people don't want them around.
      Kathleen Schlentz

"I saw a lot of stray cats, and people were pushing them and kicking them," Ortiz told The Dodo.
      Kathleen Schlentz

Ortiz knew he had to help. While he couldn't adopt all of the street catshimself, he started feeding them, and also taking them to be spayed and neutered. If a cat was sick, Willie would care for him or her at home. He'd also try to rehome as many animals as he could.
      Kathleen Schlentz

"They need help," Oritz said. "I want to make sure they have food and that they stay healthy."
      Kathleen Schlentz

At the moment, Ortiz is looking after about 68 street cats in 16 differentcolonies, Kathleen Schlentz, a friend of Ortiz, told The Dodo. A colony is group of cats who live together at a specific location, such as a dumpster or an abandoned building.
      Kathleen Schlentz

"The colonies are always changing," Schlentz said. "Sometimes the cats get hit by cars, or they don't make it through the winter, and other cats wander in, or people drop them off when they can't take care of them, or don't want to take care of them. So the colonies change all the time."

      Kathleen Schlentz

While Ortiz has a huge heart, affording to care for these cats has been challenging.
      Kathleen Schlentz

Ortiz doesn't have a lot of money, so he spends his days collecting scrap metal and cleaning people's yards to buy cat food.
      Kathleen Schlentz

Luckily, Ortiz now gets a lot of assistance from Schlentz — she helped build him a website for his efforts to rescue cats, and manages Ortiz'sGoFundMe account.
But it's Ortiz who does all the heavy lifting, according to Schlentz.
      Kathleen Schlentz

"He works hard physically, and I don't know how he does it," Schlentz said. "He's been doing this for years, and the cats have been fed every single day."
"He's really a humble man," Schlentz added. "He doesn't ever toot his own horn. Some people will say, 'Why do you spend your money on cats?' And he'll say, 'Because they're cats.'"
To help Ortiz care for the street cats of Hartford, make a donation.
