The Amount

 We are in the traffic light when a driver in front of me call for the asam boi boy. The boy then rushed to his way and give him the asam. He then handed the asam to him. The driver give rm10 the price of the asam, and then seconds latter another rm5. A sadaqah I guess. What an amount, bless you man. 

It was a silver proton satria with fade colour (old car). I guess the driver is not that rich to repaint the car which is non essential. He just being moderate in his life and being generous with others. I keep aiming the car until we path to our way. I pray for his safety may he be bless with a happy life. Amin...

For the assam boi team, it was a debate that it is againts law where they are risk  to themself and the road user. But for me its okay as long no complaint from the community. But they must abaide law whenever any authority taking action. So far I respect their hardwork to earn. Ways better than doing crime or being a beggar. May Allah ease their way to earn living.

Boleh ke tidak tangguh bayar hutang walaupun mampu?

Hutang sama ada sedikit atau banyak, ia perlu diselesaikan dalam tempoh masa yang telah ditetapkan. Kita melihat betapa besarnya perihal hutang sehingga ia merupakan antara ayat yang paling panjang telah diceritakan menerusi kalam Allah dalam surah Al-Baqarah.

Bahkan, antara ayat yang sinonim dan sering kita dengar mengenai orang yang berhutang adalah rohnya akan tergantung sekiranya tidak dilangsaikan.

Dalam berhutang, pastinya wujud beberapa perjanjian yang telah dipersetujui antara pemiutang dan penghutang seperti tempoh bayaran dan sebagainya.

Ia adalah untuk memudahkan si penghutang melunaskan wang yang telah dipinjam agar tidak berlaku juga kekeliruan atau permasalahan di antara kedua belah pihak.

Namun, adakalanya seseorang itu sudah mampu untuk membayar hutang, tetapi memilih untuk menunda pembayaran tersebut, sama ada disebabkan ingin menunggu tempoh masa sampai atau sengaja melewat-lewatkannya.

Jadi, apakah hukum perbuatan ini kepada si penghutang? Adakah boleh untuk menunda-nunda pembayaran hutang?

Jumhur ulama menyebut bahawa hukum melambat atau menangguh pembayaran hutang bagi mereka yang berkemampuan adalah haram.

Hal ini adalah berdasarkan hadis yang telah diriwayatkan oleh Abu Hurairah RA, Nabi SAW bersabda;

مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ ظُلْمٌ وَإِذَا أُتْبِعَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى مَلِيءٍ فَلْيَتْبَعْ

Maksud: “Menangguh pembayaran (hutang) bagi orang yang mampu adalah kezaliman. Jika salah seorang dari kamu memindahkan hutang itu pada orang yang kaya, maka terimalah ia (pemindahan hutang).” (HR Bukhari, no. 2287)

Lebih-lebih lagi jika menggunakan wang untuk pembayaran hutang ke arah yang boros dan tidak terkawal sedangkan hak ke atas manusia belum lagi dilunaskan, maka ia adalah perbuatan yang dilarang.

Adapun, jika sudah termaktub dalam perjanjian mengenai pembayaran hutang sama ada dari segi jumlah atau tempohnya, maka boleh diikuti perjanjian tersebut atau berbincang untuk melunasinya segera.

How to Repel Cockroach Naturally

We have a non-functional refrigerator. We keep it with intention to repair it, but then we decided to just buy a new one. Leaving it unused cause cockroach live and dominate the place. 

When we decided to use it for storage (not for coldstorage) we found so many cockroach. I clean the refrigerator using soap but many still hiding behind the gap.

I then celan using clorox as I know it has strong odor, maybe the cockroach will hate it. But still a failure.

I further try using chemicals insect repellent. No better even I repeat spraying for a week. Cockroach is still in there invanding the place.

For many months we just have to bear the cockroach in there without able to use it.

However recently when mum cut Pandan in our garden. I take some to use as a natural fragrance for the refrigerator. Few days later to my suprise I did not see any cockroach in it. Not even one and the whole refregerator smell freshly like pandan. Alhamdulillah..

For many years I'm using pandan in my car and house as a natural fragrance. I never use chemicals fragrance for my car and opted the natural way. However I'm really clueless it's effectiveness to repel cockroach or insect. We also use pandan everyday in our food especially to cook rice. Indeed it is a very benificial plant. Allah is great. 😊


#I really hate to kill animals (whatever it is). Even for insect or pest I hate to kill them, not because I'm sad but because I think if I were them in their helpless situation. So my principle is to avoid them as possible. Let them not come to our house. I don't see them, and I'm happy for not killing them. 🐜🕷🕸🐀🐍

The Miracle Dog

Read this article before sleep and I feel very thankful to all that involve in the rescue. What an amazing story of how the dog able to survive and how huge the SAR and how they willing to go that far for a mare dog (not for me ❌). Thank you thank you you are far too kind (with Jay-Z tone🎤). Alhamdulillah yeayyyy 🐴🐸

I am very grateful to live in Malaysia where we have tropical climate and didn't have extreme weather. So it's not too tough for the homeless and strays. Alhamdulillah.❄Winter look good and fun, but still I'd prefer Malaysia ❤🇲🇾
